Contracts of employment drafted specifically for your company and updating in line with legislation, providing protection for your business. - Employee Handbook to contain company information, contractual terms and conditions, company rules, policies and procedures updated on a regular basis.
- Disciplinary, Capability and Grievance procedures to ensure legal compliance and best practice, updated in line with legislation and best practice.
- Telephone helpline, advice and assistance on all employment legislation matters provided through specific dedicated employment law consultants familiar with the company.
- Employment formwork supplied for the company to cover all employment needs.
- Employment legislation 'health check' to establish a baseline and identify what is required to ensure employment legal compliance and best practice.
Employment Tribunal Support is also available to deal appropriately with any employee claims. Our support service ensures that we are there to defend the claim for you.
